Warranty

The Tua family has an automatic 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely delighted with the product, simply email service@bodybeau.com within 30 days of the dispatch date to receive a return authorization number and address for return. For your return to be accepted you must write the return authorization number on to your receipt where indicated, and write a brief reason for return, also:

  • You must return the unit in the ORIGINAL TUA PACKAGING with the COMPLETE CONTENTS (minus the sponges you may have used).
  • Use a TRACEABLE FORM OF SHIPPING such as recorded delivery.
  • It is ESSENTIAL that your return is accompanied by either the purchase receipt or other PROOF OF DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE, and has an authorization number.

PLEASE ENSURE ALL OF THE ABOVE RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE MET IN FULL. IF NOT, YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All sales are final.

One Year Limited Warranty
Tua products sold under Body Beau Inc. (hereinafter called BBI) will be repaired with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge, for one (1) year from the date of original purchase in the event of a defect in material or workmanship. Repair service can be obtained during the warranty period by returning the product to BBI. In the event product is returned to BBI for warranty service, BBI may offer to exchange the product with a new or rebuilt replacement product at no additional charge. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A WARRANTY AUTHORIZATION NUMBER together with purchase receipt or other PROOF OF DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE will be required before warranty performance is rendered. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover rubber-seal components (see operating manual) nor does it cover damage or loss which occurs in shipment or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or service by anyone other than BBI.

If within one year of purchase your unit malfunctions, simply email service@bodybeau.com within one year of the dispatch date to receive a WARRANTY RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and ADDRESS for RETURN. For your warranty return to be accepted you must meet the following return terms and conditions:

  • Write your return authorization number on to your receipt where indicated and write a brief reason for return.
  • You must return the unit in the original Tua packaging with the complete contents (minus only the sponges you may have used).
  • Use a traceable form of shipping such as recorded delivery.
  • It is essential that your return is accompanied by either the purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase and has an authorization to return number.

Please note: If the above four point of our return terms and conditions are not met in full, your return will not be accepted. All sales are final.

Limits and Exclusions
There are no express warranties except as before mentioned. Neither Body Beau Inc. nor anyone involved in the production or sale of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product, inability to use the product as instructed, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All expressed and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period before mentioned.

  • Have you obtained a return authorization number and written it on your receipt?
  • Have you enclosed either the purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase and the returns form?
  • Are you sending us Tua unit in the original packaging with complete contents?
  • Have you arranged a traceable form of shipping, such as recorded delivery?
